Contact Form Plugin Quick Start Guide

Download Contact Form Plugin

1. After installation the WordPress Contact Form Plugin, click on Contact Form in the admin menu
2. Set the email address you want your contact form messages sent to.
3. Place the shortcode, [ think_contact/ ], where ever you want the contact form to display
